1. Order Processing Time
We process all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days.
Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Urban areas: 2–4 business days
Remote/rural areas: 4–7 business days
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more
Orders below Rs. 5,000 will be charged Rs. 200 or as per delivery location
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email so you can track your parcel online.
5. Delivery Delays
In case of unexpected delays such as bad weather, strikes, or operational issues, we will keep you informed.
